As students identify their interests, additional insights into their natural talents help them see where they will excel. The Pathfinder offering is designed for young people ages 17-24, typically high school grades 11-12 and beyond, to build self-awareness and confidence in their preferred direction. Using Gallup’s CliftonStrengths for Students online assessment plus 1.5 hours of interactive coaching, the Pathfinder is ideal for setting the course toward a 2-year community college, a 4-year university, trade certification, apprenticeship, military enlistment, or their first job.
