EXPLORER
This journey is for teenagers ages 14-16 in high school, grades 9/10. The Explorer is ideal for students exploring graduation pathways, course selection, and extracurricular activity participation. Includes taking Gallup’s StrengthsExplorer online assessment plus 1.0 hour of personalized coaching with Nora.
PATHFINDER
Designed for young people ages 17-24, high school grades 11/12 and beyond, giving insight into how their talents impact their lives academically and socially. Recommended for those who don’t know where they’re headed or are on a path to: First Job, Community College, Certifications or Apprenticeships, or Military career. Includes CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment plus 1.5 hours of coaching.
NAVIGATOR 5 or 34
These packages are for adults of all ages. The Navigator 5 is recommended for College Freshman-Seniors, to identify majors/minors, career direction, or first jobs to pursue. For those already in the workforce, the Navigator 34 is beneficial when changing jobs or transitioning careers, or for career advancement. Based on either CliftonStrengths Top 5 or 34 and 1.5-2.0 hours of personalized coaching.
VOYAGER
This journey is for Pathfinders or Navigator 5’s, with up to two parents, guardians, significant others, besties, etc. Launch your personal Strengths support network to improve communication and relationships. Built on the CliftonStrengths Top 5 online assessment, plus 2.0 hours of group coaching.
WANDERER
Considering a shift from full-time to semi- or full retirement? Are you an entrepreneur exploring your next endeavor? What types of Volunteering activities would you enjoy most? The Wanderer journey helps you understand your talents to maximize your potential as you shift gears into the next phase of life. Uses the CliftonStrengths 34 online assessment and 2.0 hours of personalized coaching with Nora.
CLOSED WORKSHOPS
Are you interested in a “closed” workshop for small groups, such as Boy/Girl Scouts, teams, members of a club or volunteers?
